Naa pay milagro diay

Hi Everybody! We had so many miracles this week! Just like I say every week. Because it's true! We truly have a God of miracles, Jesus Christ lives today. And continues to guide us! 

I also want to announce that I will be giving my homecoming talk July 6th in Harrisonburg chapel. I would like to invite you all and your friends as well. I'm saying this early so you won't plan anything else for that day. I hope you all will be able to attend. I am really excited to share all my experiences with you all and how Jesus Christ has changed my life. Or even better how He is now helping me change every day! I remember saying before the mission I would be the same when I came back, just that I would have greater knowledge. I didn't understand that knowledge is useless unless we use it. It would be impossible for me to have that privilege of gaining so many witnesses of Jesus Christ and not repent and follow Him which I have had the opportunity. And once you start there's no turning back from being Christ's disciples.

 

Here's a part from my scripture study... 

In 2 Nephi 2:25-27. The first verse is our purpose in which we were created, which is to have joy, true joy. The 2nd verse is about how and by what we can have this joy. 3rd (27) is about what we need to do as we see that all of the knowledge of everything is useless unless we act on that knowledge. 

25 Adam fell that men might be; and men are, that they might have joy. 

26 And the Messiah cometh in the fulness of time, that he may redeem the children of men from the fall. And because that they are redeemed from the fall they have become free forever, knowing good from evil; to act for themselves and not to be acted upon, save it be by the punishment of the law at the great and last day, according to the commandments which God hath given. 

27 Wherefore, men are free according to the flesh; and all things are given them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to choose liberty and eternal life, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be miserable like unto himself.

Anyways mores miracles! We taught and found brother Samuel Villarante! We taught him about the plan of salvation and then we gave him a pamphlet about it. We didn't set a return date because he lives so far! But on Friday he saw us while on his motorbike and stopped and said hi then excitedly told us he read the pamphlet and said he just knows it's true! He said he felt really good inside and felt happy. He said he prayed that night and thanked God that he sent us to teach him God's plan. We told him right away that we were so happy for him and that what he felt was the Holy Ghost! And we met with him again, gave a Book of Mormon, and he came to church yesterday!

We found some puppies too!
