Elder Cal Robertson's Mission

Don't mind doing laundry, and might keep washing white shirts by hand. 11 people came to church. Had MLC (Mission Leadership Conference). Had exchanges, found student living with inactive member family and wants to go to church and has been reading the Book of Mormon. Raining but worked hard all day.

Kadi ye children of the Lord Hello family! At mga kaibigan ko. Kamusta kayong lahat. We went to Manila this past week for visa things I guess. It took 3 days out of our work week which was sad. After having the big family come to church last week I really wanted to visit them more, and now we have another meeting in Tacloban! Butlaw ak...  But it was still an amazing week!  Even because of transfer week and having to go to Manila. Though we got to do a session in the temple for initiatories which was amazing. I never realized how much I missed it. Truly a miracle we were able to go. Then this past week we were able to achieve our goals and surpass them. We had 9 people come to church last week then this week 10 people. Init kaayo suod sa akon tyan Hello Everybody! This week has been amazing, even more miracles than the last. We went on exchanges and were able to have a great study and also have the spirit strong with us. As we came to our first appointment the brother didn't want to be taught, be as we talked we said if we could share our testimony. He agreed and we were able to feel the Holy Spirit there. We told him what he was feeling and then he opened up to say that he has felt this feeling before at church. When he attended before.  Then came a lady on the street selling random things for cooking and we were able to share about The Book of Mormon to her and our testimonies. Again the Spirit was there and we told her what this Joy she was feeling.. it was the spirit of God testifying to her that what we said was truth.  Then to our next appointment we had a first lesson with a guy that came to church and started reading The Book of Mormon. Maligayon na bagong taong. Bantay kayo para sa mga uod Hello every body! Happy new year! This year has been so great already! We had many miracles and saw God working through us and His children here. I have been contemplating God's love for us and all His blessings that He has given. One way I love to feel God's love is through hymns. One hymn we sung in sacrament service was called "I Stand All Amazed" number 193. I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me,  Confused at the grace that so fully he proffers me. I tremble to know that for me he was crucified,  That for me, a sinner, he suffered, he bled and died.  Oh, it is wonderful that he should care for me Enough to die for me!  Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me! I want to testify also what the First Presidency said in the 1st sentence of the Bicentennial proclamation of the Restoration of the Fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
