Week 74

Maligayon na bagong taong. Bantay kayo para sa mga uod

Hello every body! Happy new year! This year has been so great already! We had many miracles and saw God working through us and His children here. I have been contemplating God's love for us and all His blessings that He has given. One way I love to feel God's love is through hymns. One hymn we sung in sacrament service was called "I Stand All Amazed" number 193.

I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me,
Confused at the grace that so fully he proffers me.
I tremble to know that for me he was crucified,
That for me, a sinner, he suffered, he bled and died.
Oh, it is wonderful that he should care for me Enough to die for me!
Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me!

I want to testify also what the First Presidency said in the 1st sentence of the Bicentennial proclamation of the Restoration of the Fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Which states, "We solemnly proclaim that God loves His children in every nation of the world."

This is just as Alma testifies in Alma 26:37, and many other prophets. This shows the first principle of the Restoration that we know that seems clear...that is the most important: God Loves all his Children. What does this mean to us? Is Joseph Smith the only one that enjoyed the blessings? Why then did he suffer so much? Because the Restoration of Christ's full gospel was for all of us, every individual on earth. As President Uchtdorf shared, our membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints should be part of our most important list of things on Earth. We are very blessed and this Restoration and especially our covenants means so much! Then after everything...

14 And now behold, I ask of you, my brethren of the church, have ye spiritually been born of God? Have ye received his image in your countenances? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?
15 Do ye exercise faith in the redemption of him who created you? Do you look forward with an eye of faith, and view this mortal body raised in immortality, and this corruption raised in incorruption, to stand before God to be judged according to the deeds which have been done in the mortal body?

This week we used the Book of Mormon to find people and testify about God's love and that it is another witness of Christ! We found many amazing people! We felt the other day to walk down a street. We walked down and we talked to a member. 10 seconds later we turned around and saw a girl in her late 20s. We talked and found that she had read the Book of Mormon before and her husband was supposed to be baptized. But Covid happened and missionaries were pulled out. We visited, gave a Book of Mormon and testified about its truth. Then invited her to Church. She came! And even brought her 4 kids and 3 nieces with her! All 8! And they were all able to make friends. We will have a district counsel meeting then go to the waterfalls later! Love you all! Kitakits

P.S. Rinse your crocs before you use or you might have a foot friend ðŸª± on your foot.
