Week 81

Marami mga pasayan sa dagat

Good morning! Magandang umaga sa inyo lahat! I'm getting transferred back down to Leyte! I will have the privilege of training as well which I am very excited for. There will be many baptisms here this upcoming month of March. I feel just as the prophet Alma of the Book of Mormon said...

Alma 26:..2 And now, I ask, what great blessings has he bestowed upon us? Can ye tell?

3 Behold, I answer for you; for our brethren, the Lamanites, were in darkness, yea, even in the darkest abyss, but behold, how many of them are brought to behold the marvelous light of God! And this is the blessing which hath been bestowed upon us, that we have been made instruments in the hands of God to bring about this great work.

I know through our willingness the Lord will make us able, even though we are not capable of much. As the Lord says to us, we cannot bear all things now... but we can do all the Lord has asked us to do, as He says in 1 Nephi 3:7...

I want to also share what our mission president talked about in District Conference... we profess to be each other's brothers and sisters. Does that mean anything to us? I hope it really does, and it will if we truly understand who we are and what God's great plan of happiness is. As Elder Holland has stated, we might not be our brothers keeper, (as he related the Cain and Abel story) BUT we are our Brother's Brother!

I pray we'll all be able to have the humility to be Christ's Covenant Children, even His Disciples as we profess to be.

Love you all and see you all next week!
