Week 55
Bakit uhaw sayang sayaw bakit ikaw
Oh what a wonderful morning, oh what a beautiful day. I've got a wonderful feeling, everything's goin my way.
Hello sa inyong lahat! This week our friend Tatay Salvador got Baptized! I was great to see the unity of the members and their support.
We had a Missionary Leadership Council this last week and it was cool. We also have this one couple in our area that are really awesome that we are helping with their marriage so they will be able to achieve their goal of going to the temple and first be baptized.
I've realized the true goal as people and missionaries is to be sealed with our family in the Temple and siempre keep our promises there. So it's really important we are keeping our smaller commitments that we make. That will help us keep bigger commitments and eventually, covenants with God. It is really the only way to come closer to Christ, as the scriptures say brighter and brighter until the perfect day. As we make and keep covenants, commitments, and commandments from Christ and diligently seek to understand them (so we can follow them more fully) we will gain the greater light and step forward on our progression along the covanant path until we are at the perfect day when we will all return home to our Father in Heaven. As long as we are on the path and pressing forward, we will be where the Lord want us. That's my little thought for y'all.
But yeah, don't know if y'all know, but I got transferred and now I'm back is Leyte!! It's my 4th area na! And my companion, Elder Terminez, is great! I'm still a zone leader. We are working and have great help from members, mostly they're all super nice. But we do have help from them.
I accidentally drank a 1.5 liter of Coke too. Twice. But it's okay, I dont buy any soda. I just drink it when people give it to me, which is actually kinda a lot. We ate kinilaw yesterday and it was amazing. It's fish, that's cooked in vinegar. Not actually cooked but it just sits in the vinegar and other spices until it's not germy anymore ig? Anyways basta it's lami. And our house is a mansion...well bigger than a small 3 room apartment, so it's BIGG.
Later everybody! If you want to send me pictures of stuff that'd be cool to. I'll put the coolest one in my next email!
Lublub, Elder Robinsons
