Week 5 MTC
Hi yall,
This past week has been a blast and has basically been the same still here every week. There's definitely been a couple highlights tho. Elder Steadman is cool. He's my companion which is pretty sickkk. And we also got new roommates which has been actually really fun. The first night they were with us they told us a bunch of scary stories and superstitions that they've had in the Philippines and experiences with them. One of the stories was about how our roommate a couple years a ago said he and hi family saw a white dress lady with long black hair standing at their front porch at night, they first thought it was their grandma but then when they saw it wasn't her the lady walked slowly to their backyard and then.. BOO! Gotcha there didn't I, gives me the Himmy Jimmy's just writing it. The other roommate said at night he and his friends took a selfie in an alleyway and later when they looked at it there were 2 extra dudes in the photo, they were skinny guys with long black hair and no faces in the photo. They also said there's like tall dark people that sit in trees and smoke cigars and dudes that fly around in the sky with no legs and cabbage dogs.
A guy in our district, Elder Kilgore, and I were playing tic tac toe the other day and then we decided to find out the algorithm for this complex puzzle. After reviewing every possible way to accomplish the tic tac toe we made a chart and stats of all the figures of the possibilities (shown below). If you guys study this diagram then you too can become a master at tic tac toe. It was mine and Elder Kilgore's crowning achievement and we even got a Nobel Prize!
There's this guys in our branch named Elder Albert and he told us how he hunted and wrestled alligators back at home and then he showed us his shoes that he was wearing and he said they were made of the skin of an alligator he killed himself. Our district thought that was really cool. We're trying to get a guy to act like an alligator so Elder Albert can demonstrate his narly skills to us. I probably would've done it, I just don't really wanna die in the MTC yk. We got to go to the temple and do sealings for people which was neat. I leave in a week and 2 days which is crazy but also I'm ready to get out of here even tho I might not be fully ready. None of us ever are i think. I also found out that rice is actually made in factories and stuff and made of plastic so that's pretty neat, learnin something new everyday! We sung some songs today to some people that came and we listened to them talk and stuff. So that was cool.
I guess I'll share a little spiritual thought with yall which i really liked from back home that i remembered. A wise brother back in VA taught me an important lesson, "repent. And be good."
He was a big influence to me growing up so I'm glad I can share this inspiration with yall today.
Not really sure what else happened except the fact that I'm flippin ripppped now because of all my hard work and exercise we do around here and all the meat that we're packin an shovin in. So ya yall can practically call me Arnold Schwarzenegger now.
Cya around guys! Or not, but ig if you guys ever travel anywhere It'd be fun if you stopped by the Philippines on ur way then we can have lunch or somethin. Email me if yall want too or not. I also got venmo if yall wanna hit me up with a couple bucks too, that'd be lit. Anyways adios amigos!
Some quick pics for yall and some wild stuff goin on in that video call that I don't remember happening

Kaden Wilson served in my ward in Harrisonburg and we saw him at the temple in Manila!
